About
GoodGym Redbridge members volunteer at the Valentine's parkrun in spooky fancy dress on Hallow's Eve, with a social cuppa afterwards.
GoodGym Redbridge is holding a Halloween-themed volunteering session supporting the free weekly Valentine's parkrun 5k. Participants help run the event, with scary costumes encouraged, and gather for a social cuppa afterwards. The session runs from 08:45 to 10:30 and is open to anyone aged 18 or over.
