Sand Does a Really Good Improv Show

Chicago improv duo Sand bring their long-form improvised show, blending comedy and performance art, to the Birmingham Improv Festival.

Mike Brunlieb and Thomas Kelly, performing as Sand since 2009, present a night of long-form improvisation in which characters evolve in surprising directions. Their style draws on documentary film, fairy tales and professional wrestling, shifting between comedy and performance art. The show forms part of the Birmingham Improv Festival, with a festival pass available giving access to all shows across four days.
