About

A RIBA+VitrA panel discussion exploring the future and value of experimentation in contemporary architecture, with five UK practices and a chaired conversation plus audience Q&A.

RIBA Public Programmes hosts a panel discussion on the role of experimentation in architectural culture, part of the eighth year of the RIBA+VitrA talks partnership under the theme Excellence in Design. Speakers from Studio Weave, Giles Miller Studio, Mizzi Studio, Common Practice and Architecture Unknown each give short presentations on material innovation, sensory design, co-design and working with nature, before joining chair Samantha Hardingham for a discussion and audience Q&A. Doors open at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start, with BSL interpretation provided and a bar available afterwards.
