A guided group session blending soothing Reiki energy with a relaxing meditation to help participants release stress and find inner calm.

This session is a sanctuary for stillness, blending the soothing power of Reiki with guided meditation. Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably while being guided through a deeply relaxing meditation infused with Reiki energy. The experience is designed to help release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with inner calm. It is a complementary wellbeing experience and not a substitute for medical care.
