About
An outdoor monthly women's circle at Tilgate featuring mindful fire-pit time, nature reflection and supportive sharing around the fire.
Laura hosts a monthly outdoor gathering for women at the fire pit area of Tilgate Recreation Centre. The session begins with mindful, sensory-focused time at the fire pit, followed by quiet reflection in nature, before the group gathers around the fire to share if they wish. It is described as a confidential, limited-numbers drop-in space for connection, support and growth, running 2:30–4:00 PM.
