A Flying Visit To Spain

Make paella, patatas bravas and a red-wine chorizo dish, then share the meal at the chef’s table. Adult classes are for ages 15 and over; 15–17-year-olds must be accompanied by a paying adult. Ingredients, equipment and aprons are supplied, and the booked duration includes demonstrations, cooking and time to eat. Only participating guests can attend; spectators and waiting companions cannot be accommodated.
