Incredible Indonesian Rendang

Prepare a spiced rendang using beef or oyster mushrooms, exploring Indonesian flavours and techniques. Adult classes are for ages 15 and over; 15–17-year-olds must be accompanied by a paying adult. Ingredients, equipment and aprons are supplied, and the booked duration includes demonstrations, cooking and time to eat. Only participating guests can attend; spectators and waiting companions cannot be accommodated.
