This Friday Night Kitchen class is a hands-on dim sum session where participants fold, fry and steam their own dumplings with guidance from the school's chefs. The sample menu includes sticky soy, ginger and garlic chicken wings, crispy tiger prawn gyoza and steamed pork and truffle dumplings. The three-hour class runs from 7pm to 10pm and includes a welcome drink plus another with the meal, with a full recipe pack emailed afterwards. Attendees sit down together at the end to enjoy the feast they have cooked.
