Dim Sum Making

A hands-on dim sum making workshop with chef Yui Miles, covering dumpling wrappers, Sui Mei, Won Tons and Gyoza.

Chef Yui Miles leads a practical dim sum workshop at the Food Hub Cookery School, teaching participants to make homemade dumpling wrappers as well as using ready-made ones. Attendees prepare hand-pleated dim sum including Sui Mei, Won Tons and Gyoza, learning both pan-fried and steamed Gyoza and how to turn Won Tons into Won Ton soup. The session runs from 12.45pm to 3pm and combines practical and demonstration cookery with lunch, refreshments, ingredients, equipment and recipes all provided.
