About

A full-day dim sum course covering siu mai, lotus-leaf rice, pork wontons, jiaozi and hor fun.

This 5-hour session at the Covent Garden school develops cooking skills through the published menu. Participants have their own preparation space and share cooking at the hob in pairs. Contact the school in advance to discuss allergies and dietary requirements.
