Elevate Day Retreat

Elevate Day Retreat is a wellbeing day dedicated to yoga, somatic movement, nature immersion, and sound baths.

The retreat begins with Yoga, Somatic movement, Breathwork, and Yoga Nidra to soothe the nervous system. Participants then engage in self-reflection and a silent walk through the woods, followed by a Cold-water Immersion and Sauna experience. The day concludes with Yin and Restorative yoga and a Crystal Sound bath. Jess Horn, a Senior Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of experience, guides the session, which includes a vegetarian lunch.
