A drop-in qigong class with Arun Gujaran, open to everyone, with donations supporting Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds.
Arun Gujaran leads a one-hour drop-in qigong session teaching simple exercises aimed at improving vitality, mobility and mental wellbeing. The class is suitable for all levels, with no registration needed — participants just turn up in loose, comfortable clothing. All donations go to support Jamyang Buddhist Centre, and if popular the class may continue on a monthly basis.
