Massage and Reiki Morning

A wellbeing morning offering Reiki energy healing and deep tissue massage sessions in the peaceful setting of Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds.

This in-person wellbeing morning offers two complementary therapies in the centre's cosy space. Era's Light Grid provides hands-off Reiki energy healing sessions aimed at relaxation, stress relief and emotional renewal, while Bea Rubio offers deep tissue massage using slow, sustained pressure to release persistent tension. Sessions are booked directly with each practitioner, and the morning is open to everyone, whether new to these practices or experienced.
