Sound Bath with Conscious Dragonfly - The Wisdom of Letting Go

An evening sound bath with Reiki drum at Sheaf Street Health Store, inviting relaxation and reflection on letting go.

A guided sound bath session built around the theme of letting go, using resonant tones, rhythm and silence to encourage deep rest and meditation. The evening includes grounding time, immersive sound and vibration, Reiki drum rhythms, compassion-based practices and space for personal reflection. No experience is needed; yoga mats are provided and guests bring their own blankets and cushions. Doors open at 6:30pm, the session runs 7:00–8:10pm, and the space is upstairs and not wheelchair accessible.
