Falling into Autumn - A Sound Bath for Letting Go

A 75-minute autumn-themed sound bath with guided meditation, harp, singing bowls and gongs at Amersham Band Hall, followed by tea and chocolate.

A guided seasonal sound bath at Amersham Band Hall marking autumn's deepening and the approach of Samhain. The session opens with a gentle guided meditation accompanied by harp, followed by an immersive journey of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs and gentle percussion, with tea and chocolate served afterwards. Participants lie down and receive the sounds; no experience is needed, though attendees should bring a mat, pillow and blanket. Not suitable for the first trimester of pregnancy.
