Knaresborough: Deep Relaxation Gong Bath & Reiki Meditation

A gong bath and Reiki sound journey with singing bowls, gongs and flutes at Stockwell Wellbeing Hub to calm the nervous system and aid sleep.

The Sound Therapy Alchemist hosts a 90-minute sound immersion beginning with a Reiki-infused guided meditation, followed by lying back amid vibrations from Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, symphonic gongs, handpan, native flutes and chimes. The session aims to slow brainwaves into meditative states, easing tension and supporting better sleep. No meditation experience is needed and attendees are asked to bring a mat, blanket, pillow and eye mask for comfort.
