About

A two-day pastry course covering croissant lamination, puff pastry and brioche, with several sweet bakes.

This course teaches lamination and enriched dough across two daytime sessions, with lunch included each day. Some previous experience with croissants or puff pastry is recommended. Recipes include almond croissants, pain aux raisins, apple turnovers, morning buns and brioche.
