A relaxed beginner-friendly guided walk spotting and recording fungi at Gosforth Nature Reserve as part of the Ouse Burn Way project.

An informal walk searching for mushrooms along the Ouse Burn Way at Gosforth Nature Reserve, with finds recorded as part of the project. Led by Matthew Harrison, the roughly 1.6-mile route explores autumn sights and the fungi thriving on the reserve. Aimed at beginners and enthusiasts, with toilets available at the start and end; the route is not wheelchair accessible.
