At Dawn Swim Collective Spooky Sea Dip Social

A women-only morning sea dip at Southbourne with a guided breath practice, followed by hot cacao and conversation.

This Halloween-themed morning social brings women together for a brisk dip in the sea at the bottom of Gordon's ZigZag in Southbourne. The session begins with a short guided breath practice or meditation, followed by the swim itself, and finishes with hot cacao and conversation on the shore. Open to all levels, from seasoned dippers to newcomers, and lasting about an hour. Participants enter the water at their own risk as this is an informal, community-led swim.
