Full Moon Swim and Sauna

A women's wild swim and sauna session at Vallis Farm timed around the full moon, with a ritual and intention setting.

Wild Swimming Woman hosts an evening gathering at Vallis Farm, meeting outside the farmhouse before an hour-long private sauna and swim session under the full moon. The session includes a full moon ritual and intention setting, with swimming in the dark described as the highlight. Moon sighting is not guaranteed, and the event goes ahead whatever the weather.
