Halloween Women's Sauna and Sea Sessions - Embo Beach

A women's sauna and optional sea-dip session at Embo Beach with the Highland Mobile Sauna on Halloween morning.

Dornoch Firth Girls Collective hosts a women's sauna and sea-dipping session at Embo Beach, with the Highland Mobile Sauna parked at the beach car park. Participants book a specific 55-minute slot between 8am and 4pm, with a maximum of six women per session, and can take an optional dip in the sea. Attendees should arrive swimwear ready as there are no changing facilities, and bring warm layers and water. The session is aimed at both experienced cold-water dippers and complete beginners.
