Slow Yoga, Craniosacral, and Chiron Gong
About
A two-hour wellbeing session in Canterbury combining gentle yoga, optional craniosacral touch and a Chiron gong sound bath to relax the nervous system.
Tanya Adolpho and Lindsey lead a two-hour session at Concorde House Clinic beginning with a 45-minute guided mix of Hatha, Yin, Somatic Yoga and Yoga Nidra to settle the nervous system. This is followed by a gong bath using the Paiste Gong Chiron, during which participants can optionally receive light craniosacral touch. Attendees lie under their own blanket and pillow; the session is described as suitable for everyone, including complete beginners to meditation, with listed contraindications for pregnancy, certain mental health and sound-sensitive conditions, heart conditions and metal implants.
