Slow Sundays: Dissolve with Eleanor Yankah
About
A Slow Sundays wellbeing session combining pranayama, devotional chanting and an extended live sound bath led by Eleanor Yankah and Amie Evans.
This closing session of the Dissolve series pairs an accessible opening practice of gentle movement, pranayama and devotional chanting led by Amie Evans of Union Yoga & Wellbeing with an extended sound bath from sound therapist Eleanor Yankah. The sound bath features Himalayan singing bowls, crystal quartz bowls, gongs, chimes, drone instruments, shruti and voice, drawing on resonance and harmonic entrainment to guide participants into deep rest. No prior experience is needed and the session is fully accessible. It forms part of Slow Sundays, an ongoing series of immersive wellbeing gatherings at Turner Contemporary.
