Letchworth Garden Shed

A volunteer-run repair café where residents bring electrical items, clothing or jewellery for free repairs by volunteer fixers.

Letchworth Garden Shed's Big Fix is a community repair café hosted by the LGS Big Fix group. Residents book in broken electrical items, clothing needing stitching or jewellery, and volunteer repairers attempt the fix while helping owners learn about their devices. Repairs are free with a donation requested; any replacement parts must be paid for by the attendee, and spare parts are limited so some repairs may be completed at a later session.
