Bookbinding Workshop

A 90-minute workshop at The Haberdashery in Glasgow teaching Japanese stab binding to make your own notebook from recycled papers.

Concrete Nature hosts a 90-minute hands-on bookbinding session at The Haberdashery in Glasgow, where participants learn the Japanese stab binding technique to make their own notebook. Colourful recycled paper stocks and linen threads are used, with all materials, tools and a step-by-step instruction sheet provided. The workshop is open to anyone aged 16+, from complete beginners to experienced creatives, and forms part of the Samhain – A Festival of Making weekend curated by The Makkist.
