Slow-Stitching Workshop

A relaxed afternoon hand-stitching workshop at Artisan Stitch where participants create a slow-stitched needlebook from a prepared fabric base.

This relaxed afternoon workshop offers a few peaceful hours of mindful slow stitching away from the December bustle. Participants build a base layer for colour, pattern and texture, then embellish it with simple hand-embroidery techniques to create their own small textile project — a slow-stitched needlebook using a prepared fabric base provided by the tutor. The project was recently a sell-out at Dovecot Studio & Gallery, and this final offering will not be repeated.
