What Flavour Is Your ADHD, London?
About
A two-hour interactive workshop with coach Matt Thomas exploring how ADHD patterns differ from person to person, hosted at Glebe House London.
This small, friendly workshop introduces the WFIY (What Flavour Is Your ADHD?) approach, which helps participants map how ADHD actually shows up in their own lives rather than fitting a standard symptom profile. Through a notice–name–map–understand–act process, it explores why ADHD looks different in each person, how seemingly separate frustrations connect, and how shame and generic advice can obscure what is happening. Hosted by EMCC-accredited coach Matt Thomas of Chaos Orchestra, the session runs from 10am to 12pm with tea and coffee from 9.30am and a Q&A at 11.30am. It is open to people with ADHD, those wondering whether it applies to them, and anyone supporting or curious about ADHD.
