Christmas Embossing Workshop

A hands-on metal embossing workshop where participants create a vintage-style Christmas ornament, suitable for beginners.

This relaxed, hands-on workshop introduces the traditional art of metal embossing. Participants begin with a practice piece to learn the tools and techniques, then work on a personal project on a 15cm x 15cm piece of metal, using supplied templates or their own design. The finished ornament is aged for a vintage look, with optional colour added, and makes a hand-made Christmas gift or keepsake. No previous experience is needed, and the session includes tuition, all materials and a cuppa from the café.
