Women's Christmas Candlelit Soundbath

A candlelit sound bath for women at The Sanctuary of Healing, using crystal bowls, handpan and chimes to encourage deep rest.

AURA SOUND hosts a one-hour candlelit sound bath designed to help participants slow down, unwind and reset their nervous system. Guests are guided into a comfortable lying position with breathwork and a body scan meditation, then surrounded by sound frequencies from crystal bowls, handpan, chimes, gentle percussion and ambient tones. The session is open to beginners and those experienced with sound healing alike, and is for ages 18 and over. Doors open at 7:20 PM and free parking is available.
