60 Minute Floating Sound Bath

A 60-minute Reiki-infused floating sound bath with crystal singing bowls and gongs, held while participants float in water.

Synergy Body & Mind hosts a 60-minute Reiki-infused floating sound bath in which participants float on water while crystal singing bowls, gongs and gentle sound textures are played around them. The session aims to calm the nervous system, release tension and support deep relaxation, with no prior experience required. The event runs for 90 minutes in total and is open to ages 16 and over, with limited spaces to keep the experience intimate.
