Rest & Release — An Autumn Breathwork, Sound & Cacao Ceremony

An evening of guided breathwork, a live sound bath and ceremonial cacao in hammocks at ShredFast Liverpool.

Roks Therapy hosts a 90-minute autumn rest session combining a calming, meditative guided breathwork with a live sound bath. Guests settle into hammocks or on the floor with ceremonial cacao, then have quiet time to reflect and journal afterwards. Blankets and hammocks are provided; attendees are advised to bring comfy clothing and optionally a notebook. The event is for ages 16+, and organisers note cacao and breathwork may not suit people who are pregnant or have certain health conditions.
