Tai Chi

A weekly one-hour Tai Chi class for all ages and abilities, combining breathing exercises and gentle stretching to improve balance and wellbeing.

A weekly Tai Chi class led by Jan Wilson in the Studio at The Core. Sessions combine breathing exercises and gentle stretching to relax body and mind while improving balance, coordination, posture and overall wellbeing. No prior knowledge is required and the class is open to any age or ability; participants should mention any pre-existing medical conditions to the instructor on arrival.
