Make Your Own Sustainable Gifts Workshop

Make three sustainable gifts in an adult craft day: natural firelighters decorated with botanicals, rolled beeswax candles and a willow-woven bird feeder or garlic holder.

Participants make natural firelighters from wax, wood shavings and recycled elements, then package them; roll beeswax sheets into three dinner candles or equivalent and decorate them; and weave willow into a bird feeder or garlic holder. Equipment and materials, along with hot drinks, are provided. Bring a packed lunch. The workshop is for ages 18 and over. The mill is about a quarter-mile walk from the car park on an uneven path.
