Wrexham (OJ Dolywern)

A free community repair cafe where volunteer repairers fix broken items while visitors enjoy tea, coffee and company.

This repair cafe invites people to bring broken or damaged items for volunteer repairers to fix at no cost. Typical repairs include basic bicycle maintenance, electrical appliance repair, computing assistance, sewing, ornament repair and woodworking, though microwaves are excluded for safety reasons. While waiting, visitors can enjoy tea or coffee and chat with neighbours, and volunteers can show them how repairs are done. Aspiring fixers are also welcome to come along and help.
