Folkestone Sound Bath & Qigong

A monthly session combining gentle Tai Chi Qigong with Kelly Hyslop followed by an immersive hour-long sound bath meditation.

This monthly session opens with a gentle Tai Chi Qigong movement practice led by Folkestone-based teacher Kelly Hyslop, followed by an immersive hour-long sound bath meditation. During the colder months the sound bath explores deeper, darker tones. Participants lie down comfortably for the sound journey and are asked to bring a mat, blanket and pillow. The evening runs about 1 hour 45 minutes, with arrival from 6.30pm.
