Folkestone Wednesday Sound Baths - 2026

A one-hour immersive sound bath meditation in Folkestone featuring gongs, singing bowls, monochord, voice and percussion.

Sound Emergence hosts a monthly Wednesday sound bath in Folkestone, an hour-long immersive meditation experienced lying down with gongs, singing bowls, monochord, voice and percussion. The winter sessions explore deeper sounds and darker tones, inviting participants to slow down and listen in. Attendees should bring a mat, blanket and pillow, which the organiser can arrange for those without. The session lasts around 1 hour 15 minutes including settling.
