A beginner-friendly workshop touring the Sunny Bank Mills Archive with textile artist David Fox and weaving a bracelet on a small frame loom.
Textile artist and studio holder David Fox leads a five-hour workshop at Sunny Bank Mills, beginning with a tour of the mill's Archive, which has inspired his own collection of woven bracelets. Participants then warp up a small frame loom, weave and finish their own bracelet, adding attachments so it can be worn home. The session is aimed at complete beginners, and the skills learned can be continued at home. Each ticket includes a £7 donation supporting the Museum & Archive.
