Family Fun Day!

A free family fun day of collage printing, textile making and timeline activities with artist Yu Zhang at John Hansard Gallery.

A free family drop-in day of hands-on creative activities forming part of the University of Southampton's Arts and Humanities Festival. Participants can join an artist-led printmaking workshop with Yu Zhang, collage with local student newspapers, contribute stitching, drawing or embroidery to a collaborative textile artwork, and make maps and timelines exploring memory, history and personal storytelling. The gallery also signposts further festival activities taking place across Guildhall Square.
