About
An immersive Halloween steam-train story in which families help Hansel and Gretel protect the train from witches in the woods.
The Watercress Line’s Halloween round trip leaves Alresford on 29, 30 and 31 October. The story includes sweet sellers, characters onboard and a family adventure through the woods. The Council detail lists 12:30 and 15:00 departures; the linked booking page lists 12:20 and 14:50. The operator describes the journey as approximately 1 hour 40 minutes and advises allowing two hours. Tickets are £35 per seat plus a £2.50 booking fee; under-twos may travel on a lap without a seat or goodie bag. Buggies must be left at the station at the owner’s risk. The production is in association with Bad Moon Design.
