Saturday Art Workshop: Linocut Printing with James Green

A one-day linocut printmaking workshop with Sheffield artist James Green at Millennium Gallery, part of the New Editions exhibition programme.

Printmaker James Green leads a comprehensive introduction to linocut printmaking at Millennium Gallery. Participants learn to compose a one-colour 10 x 15cm design, safely cut the lino and print it, taking home their finished print. All materials are provided and no experience is necessary; attendees should bring an idea or visual to work from. The workshop is for over-16s, lasts five and a half hours, and complements the New Editions: Contemporary Printmaking exhibition.
