About
A three-session art course at the Guildford Institute teaching the line and wash technique of combining pen and watercolour, continuing from July 2026.
This course runs over three Wednesdays and is led by experienced tutor Songül Yilmaz Meier. Line and wash is a fast, efficient technique suited to sketchbook and outdoor painting, and the sessions demonstrate how to apply pen and watercolour selectively to capture a chosen subject. Some drawing and watercolour experience is needed, and a list of required materials and equipment will be provided. It is a continuation of the course held in July 2026.
