Movement Workshop - Connection Through Movement

A two-hour somatic embodiment movement workshop open to all abilities, exploring body connection without choreography.

This workshop invites participants to move out of the mind and into the body through two hours of somatic embodiment practice, aiming for deeper physical and emotional awareness and authentic expression. It is explicitly not a dance or exercise class — there is no choreography and no experience or fitness ability is required. Attendees are asked to come barefoot and open to exploring movement guided by the body. Doors open at 9:45 AM and the session is suitable for all ages.
