October Half Term: Mushroom Masterpiece Workshop

Plant researcher and botanical artist Samantha Cooper leads a drop-in workshop using microscopes, sensory activities and creative making to explore fungi.

Across the two drop-in days, participants investigate mushroom science, folklore and medicine, then make a mushroom-inspired artwork to take home. The session is suitable for all ages and is part of the Mighty Mushrooms October half-term programme. Samantha Cooper is identified as a plant researcher and botanical artist.
