Fantastic Fungi – Inspired by the Exhibition Living Labyrinths: Colour, Texture and Imagination
About
A two-hour art workshop for home-educated children aged 7–11 exploring fungi through colour, texture and imagination, inspired by the Living Labyrinths exhibition.
This session is part of a monthly Art Club for home-educated children aged 7 to 11, led by artist and art educator Liese Webley. Taking inspiration from the exhibition Living Labyrinths: Art & Fungi, children use observation, discussion, drawing and creative experimentation to develop their own artistic responses through sketchbook work and mixed media. The workshop includes time in the galleries alongside practical studio activities in Meeting Room B, and is suitable for complete beginners as well as children who already enjoy making art.
