Sound Bath at The Crannog, Castle Douglas

A one-hour group sound bath led by qualified sound healer Pauline Smit at The Crannog, Castle Douglas.

Pauline Smit Healing leads a group sound bath designed to guide participants from a waking state into deep relaxation. The session opens with voice-guided relaxation, followed by instruments such as chimes, rattles, bells, rain sticks, ocean drums and hand drums, then crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls and gongs. It closes with the gentler instruments and a period of silence for the vibrations to settle. Attendees should bring their own mat, blanket and pillow; doors close at 6.30pm sharp and latecomers are not admitted.
