A guided sound bath and meditation session in the art gallery, with soothing sounds from Mo of Soul Space Studios.
Settle into the museum’s gently lit art gallery for a guided meditation and sound bath led by Mo from Soul Space Studios. Bring a yoga mat, cushion, eye mask or blanket to get comfortable. The event is suitable for ages 16 and over and is not suitable during pregnancy. The session is described as lasting over an hour; no exact finish time is published. Free places are booked by email.
