Barnwell Sacred Sound Bath Evening

An hour-long gong bath and sacred sound journey at Barnwell Village Hall, with deep relaxation, sound healing and grounding time.

Harshani and Edd lead a Sacred Sound and Gong Bath evening at Barnwell Village Hall on Thursday 12 November 2026. Participants lie in Heart Rest Yoga Nidra for an hour while an Earth Gong, Tibetan Bowls, Rainstick, Shamanic Drum, Ocean Drum and Sansula are played, intended to promote deep relaxation and stress relief. The session runs 7–8pm, followed by 15 minutes for grounding before home. Open to all including newcomers, who should bring a padded mat, blankets, a cushion and water; not recommended during pregnancy, for pacemaker users or those with epilepsy/sound-induced seizures.
