SHED - Release & Let Go

A two-hour evening of breathwork, guided shaking, dance and ritual at Woodoaks Farm exploring release and letting go.

An evening wellbeing experience at Woodoaks Farm following the organisers' earlier JOY event. Participants move through grounding breathwork, intention setting, a guided shaking practice, a release dance journey, guided meditation and a closing ritual. No choreography or dance experience is needed, and the session lasts two hours.
