About
An evening focused on community connection through breathwork, ecstatic dance, and a fire circle ritual.
The event begins with Pranayama breathwork and Yoga Nidra to help settle the nervous system. Participants then move into ecstatic dance and a sound journey to connect through their bodies. The evening concludes outside around a fire with storytelling, intentions, and time to simply be with each other.
