Breathe Work, Yoga & Super Sonic Sound Journey with Master Gong

A two-hour evening workshop of yoga, breathwork and a gong sound journey led by Sahara Alexandra and Thomas Shanti at Coalport Village Hall.

Sahara Alexandra guides a grounding sequence of yoga and Pranayama breathwork, followed by Thomas Shanti leading a gong sound journey using Master Symphonic and Wind Gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and rare temple instruments. The two-hour session aims to promote deep relaxation, emotional healing and self-awareness, and is open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Attendees are asked to bring a yoga mat, blanket or shawl and water; concessionary tickets are available for those on a low income.
